Keep in Mind: “And king David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full prices for I will not take that which is thine for the Lord, nor offer burnt offerings without cost.” (1 Chronicles 21:24 KJV).
By the end of this lesson, you will 1. Explore David’s refusal to give to the Lord an offering for which he did not pay. 2. Reflect on Judgment being transformed by God’s grace. 3. Present a non-monetary offering to God as an expression of gratitude.

By the end of this lesson, you will 1. Understand what makes Jesus the only one worthy to open the scroll. 2. Wonder at the paradox of the Lion and the Lamb. and 3. Testify to how their lives are different because of Jesus’ sacrifice.
