Are we suffering from the side effects of our post resurrection power?

Jesus has been warning his disciples that it was his time, and when it actually happened they did believe he was going to come back. That one day when those two women, Mary and Mary Magdalene, came to visit his tomb he was no longer there. There was only an angel, and the angel told them to go tell the disciples to meet Jesus in Galilee.

Jesus has died on the cross for our sins and he was buried in a tomb. Two days later, two women came to visit his body but He was not there. The large, heavy bolder had been pushed backed and his clothes folded. There was an angel in front of them and that angel asked, “why are you seeking the living among the dead, he has risen,” then the angel had told the women to go and tell the disciples to meet Jesus at Galilee. The two women were surprised but they did as told.

The 11 disciples were in hiding, for they were scared of being killed, but once Mary Magdalene and Mary came to tell the good news most of the disciples we overjoyed and rushed to see him. Once they had got there, there were still a lot of people who were doubting his presence some were scared, other overjoyed, some just in awe. The main person who didn’t believe it was Jesus at all was doubting Thomas. Jesus had all the signs that it was him; same personality, same body, same everything, the only thing different was that he had holes in his feet and hands which are the scars from when he was on the cross. He was only going to be on earth for a little while longer so he had to give his final directions to his disciples.
Jesus did die and come back to life and he did it all for us.
