For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing ” (1 Thessalonians 1:7-8, KJV).

AIM FOR CHANGE
By the end of this lesson, we will: COMPREHEND the importance of the witness of he Thessalonian Christians in Spite of their trails, APPRECIATE the role of faithful imitators of Christ, and BECOME positive examples of faith and love to other believers in Christ.

By the end of this lesson, we will: EXAMINE how the sinful woman demonstrated her love and gratitude to Jesus, REFLECT on how the woman’s love and devotion led her to cross social barriers to anoint Jesus, and BECOME emboldened to resist social pressures that would prevent expressions of love and gratitude for our salvation..
